There’s a spice to the overall taco and I bet it has something to do with that chipotle crema. First, I just really have to say, that pineapple salsa is WOW. The first taco is the Crispy Baja Fish taco. I’ve had my fair share of street tacos and was really excited that T-Flats was venturing out because who doesn’t love a good street taco? I definitely do. Lime Steak– grilled garlic-lime steak, avocado crema, shaved cilantro cabbage, pico de gallo & cotija cheese. The change is hoped to add a needed flair to their menu while also still leaving those classics for their long time guests. Tijuana Flats has added a “Flat Outrageous” section to their menu after a whopping five years of very little menu changes.
